Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City
Arrival at Ho Chi Minh International airport and transfer to your hotel spend the rest of the day to relax or strolling around the city.
Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Explore the financial Capital of Vietnam formerly known as Saigon. Visit the Reunification Palace, the War Museum, the Jade Emperor Pagoda and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Day 3 Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Visit the Reunification Palace, the War Museum, the Jade Emperor Pagoda and Notre Dame Cathedral. After lunch visit the Chu Chi Tunnels. The tunnel system covers close to 200km and went right under the US air base. The tunnels used to span from Close to the Cambodian border right to the edge of Ho Chi Minh City a show of the Vietnamese is will and determination the tunnels even included schools and field hospitals. In the afternoon visit the local Cholon Market.
Day 4 Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho (B/L/D)
Early morning start to Cai Be / the heart of Mekong Delta. On arrival, board a Sampan for a cruise on the Mekong River and its many canals and tributaries to Vinh Long. Visit Cai Be floating market, see old colonial buildings and try a local lunch. An afternoon cycling around this village to explore the local handicraft shops and a visit to Vinh Long market. Early afternoon head to Can Tho, the main town of the Mekong Delta where you will spend the night.
Day 5 Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
After breakfast, board a Sampan to visit Cai Rang floating market, a family run noodle / making factory and witness the rural life and the beautiful vegetation along the riverbanks. Discover Can Tho's market and have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 6 Ho Chi Minh - Hoi An (B/L)
Take the morning flight to Danang and drive south to nearby Hoi An. Enjoy the architecture and local delicacies, strolling around this peaceful city. Hoi An was originally a Cham seaport but over the centuries has been influenced by different cultures which reflects in its architecture.
Day 7 Hoi An (B/L)
The ancient architecture of Hoi An is a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional buildings with Chinese and Japanese influence. There’s plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, a 200 years old Tan Ky House, Chua Ong Pagoda and vibrant market. Pass many low tiled houses scattered along small streets and assembly halls, which reflect the town's multi-cultural past. You’ll understand why many visitors come to Hoi An again and again.
Day 8 Hoi An (B)

Day 9 Hoi An - Hue (B/L)
Take the short drive to Hue across the stunning mountain Hai Van pass, from the top of the pass the panoramic views over Vietnam’s coastline are incredible. Stop on the way at the Cham Museum in Danang, China Beach and Marble Mountain before arriving in Hue.
Day 10 Hue(B/L)
Explore the town of Hue starting with a boat cruise upstream on the Perfume River which will give you a taste of the scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable visit to the beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu. You continue on to the Emperor Minh Mang’s mausoleum, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. The next stop of your trip is the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the famous Tu Hieu before returning back to your hotel.
Day 11 Hue - Hanoi (B/L)
Fly to Hanoi; visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Stilt house, the infamous Hanoi Hilton and the peaceful temple of literature.
Day 12 Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast transfer three hours to the world heritage site of Halong Bay – A magical bay full of limestone karsts and stunning turquoise water. As you board your junk cruise you will have welcome drinks and lunch will be served as you set sail. There is an opportunity to relax on a quite beach or sunbathe on deck. In the afternoon visit a fishing village. Once back on board unwind under the stars while dinner is served.
Day 13 Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
In the morning there is an opportunity to try Tai Chi while the sun is still rising. After breakfast continue to cruise through the Bay stopping at limestonegrotto before returning to Halong Bay. From here you will transfer back to Hanoi where you are free to relax for the rest of the afternoon.
