Begin by to explore Yangon with a visit to Kabar Aye Pagoda, significant for its Sixth Synod which was held in its large compound in 1954, Mahapasana Cave, located in the same compound, Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda, houses the fourth largest colossal reclining Buddha. Visit the heart of Yangon at Sule Pagod and Maha Bandoola Park seeing Independence Monument. Admire the colonial style architecture of City Hall the High Court and other building. Have a look for souvenirs at Bogyoke market formerly "Scott market", where you can see a wide range of Myanmar handicrafts, jewellery and fabrics. In the afternoon, visit Botahtaung Pagoda, a famous landmark on Yangon’s waterfront where one can see Buddha's hair relic, Witness the daily life of the local people along Yangon's River which offers a remarkable atmosphere with spectacular colours and photo opportunities. Evening visit to the magnificent Shwedagon pagoda; a landmark of Myanmar and one of the greatest wonders of the world.

Transfer to Heho Airport for domestic flight to Ancient capital Bagan. Flight departure 06:45: Arriving 08:05 Upon arrival in Bagan, visit the busy local market. Continue visits to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples such as Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century, Gu Byauk Gyi; a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes. Khay Min Ga Temple, noted for its spectacular panoramic view of the area’s many monuments and Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior. In the afternoon, visit a lacquer craftsmen’s workshop in nearby Myinkaba village and Manuha Temple, built in Mon style in 1059. Stop at Nanbaya Temple a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha and M0yingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural painting. Board a small local boat in the late afternoon for a sunset cruise on the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River.

Morning visit to Nyaung-U local market, the golden pagoda of Shwezigon pagoda, which is Pagan's most important reliquary shrine – look out for images of 37 "Nats" housed in a small hall. See 12th century frescoes adorning the corridors of Kyansitta "Cave" temple. Continue to Gubyaukgyi, another "cave" temple with fine frescoes of "jataka tales". Next stop is Htilominlo, the last Bamar style temple built in Bagan, with old murals and friezes. Pass through Tharaba Gateway into Old Bagan. In the afternoon, visit to Sulamani, one of Pagan's great two-storied Bamar style temple which has 4 seated Buddha images. And visit Lemethna temple, topped by an Indian-style spire similar to Ananda. Then, the three shrines of Payathonzu which are connected by passages adorned with Mahayanist or Tantric mural paintings. Visit Nandamanya temple with fine frescoes and an unexpectedly erotic mural. In the evening enjoy the beautiful sunset from one of the temple or pagoda.

05:30 Pick up to see sunrise over Bagan. 06:00 - 08:00: Today, we will take hot air balloons ride for sunrise. The ride takes about 45 minutes. You will be picked up at your hotel at 06:30 at your hotel. Hot Air Ballooning offers overlook of Bagan scenery, which is spectacular from the ground. After breakfast, you will be driving down to Salay and a short stop on the way will be made to study Toddy farmer's life like collecting toddy wine, making molasses, and making hand-made oil. Your Salay visit will include Yoke-son Monastery decorated with wood-carvings depicting scenes for moral lessons. Then a short walk through the ruined old monastery to Laquerware Buddha Image and the ancient monastery. Continue to the base of Mount Popa. This extinct volcano has a height of 1518 m and has played an important role in Myanmar culture, religion and history since early times. The name “popa” means flowers in Sanskrit, because of a local belief that the forest around Mount Popa was once home of Mai Wunna, a flower-eating ogress. Its shrine is dedicated to the worship of the 37 Nats, the Burmese ancient animist spirits. Learn about nats and nat worship from your local guide. Mount Popa is famous for “Oasis of dry zone”. Then we drive back to Bagan. On the way we make a stop at a toddy farm to watch the process of making palm sugar into the ‘toddy wine’, how to make Jaggery, and Peanut Oil. Then visit the village of Minnanthu to see how the local people live, Abeyardanar temple with frescoes representing Bodhisattvas and the gods of Indian mythology. Continue to Nanpaya temple, built in the Mon style with intricate stone carvings, and said once to have been Manuha's residence. See the four Buddha images in Manuha's pagoda and then, stop at Myazedi stupa to see Myanmar's "Rosetta Stone", bearing inscriptions written in four languages. In the evening enjoy sunset at one of the temple or pagoda.

Sightseeing with an excursion by boat on the Ayeyarwaddy River to the nostalgic NAT HTAUNG KYAUNG, a wooden monastery built in 1781 by a group of monks, famous for woodcarvings, a collection of ancient Buddha statues and lacquer boxes.

Transfer to the jetty, to board the Irrawaddy Princess Cruise. Embarkation time is 10:30 at Irrawaddy Princess Jetty, Welcome Drink and briefing. the board will sail upstream. In the late afternoon stop in at the typical river Village. Shore excursion time is 1 hour. Back to board and cast off. Continue sailing upstream and Moor overnight on board.

In the early morning, continuous upstream to Yandabo Village. Dependant on the base economy is famous for the production of terracotta from the riverbank clay. We see the pottery making process at various stages. Yandabo, historically recognized for the signing of the Yandabo Treaty which took place under a tree on the riverbank in 1826 between the British and Royal Burmese House-hold of Ava. After a short excursion, return back on board and continuous upstream and Moor overnight on board.

Early morning, continue sailing upstream and arrive to Mandalay.Disembark at about 09:30 am Spend the rest of the day exploring Amarapura. Visit Mahagandayon, a famous Buddhist monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study; continue to the 200-year-old U Bein teak bridge, built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was the royal capital. Visit of Bagaya Monastery, with a superb collection of Buddha statues.

In the morning, fly to Heho Depart at K7 267- 10:20 arrive at 10:55 Transfer through the Shan countryside to Nyaung Shwe where you will board a long-tail boat for the journey to your hotel on Inle Lake. A full day tour of Inle Lake by boat includes a chance to see the leg-rowing fishermen and the floating gardens, which have been built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit a floating village at Ywama, the lake’s downtown, where a floating market is held every five days. The tour also includes a visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the weaving village of Inpawkhon and Nge Phae Kyaung (Known as jumping cat monastery), with beautiful antique Buddha statues.

Excursion by boat to the western shore of Inle Lake to visit the INN DEIN PAGODA complex, found after following a stair path lined up with magnificent columns.

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Thandwe (Ngapali Beach). On arrival you are welcomed by hotel car and transferred to your hotel; the drive takes around 20 minutes. On arrival at your hotel you will now have time to relax and enjoy the wonderful beach at Ngapali.
