Day 1 Yangon
On Arrival in Yangon transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 Yangon
Day Tour of Yangon
Day 3 Yangon - Mandalay
Fly to Mandalay in the afternoon visit Mingun.
Day 4 Mandalay
After breakfast at hotel, visit to an ancient city of Amarapura means City of Immortality founded in 1783 AD. Visit Mahagandaryone monastery the largest teaching monastery in Myanmar. Daily at around 10:30 a.m. about 700 monks queue up for their last meal on this day. Then enjoy the great serenity of U Bein wooden Bridge constructed in 1849 is about three quarters of a mile with 1086 posts and Taung- ta-man lake that will give you an enchanting experience, visit Mahar Myat Muni Buddha Image the most ancient Buddha image castled in bronze in Myanmar and head your way to the handicraft workshops including bronze sculpture, gold leaf beating and marble stone carving.
Day 5 Mandalay - Bagan (Cruise)
Transfer to the Sangaing Jetty to start the cruise to Bagan arriving at 10:00am. The cast off time is at 10.30 hrs. Lunch will be served at 13.00. Cruise all day. In the late afternoon we stop at Yandabo, a village specialize in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. Moor overnight near the village of Shwe Nann Tint.
Day 6 Bagan
Early in the morning we proceed downriver to Bagan. After breakfast (if time permits) we visit another typical river village. Enjoy the sunrise near Bagan before disembarking at Bagan Aye Yar jetty by 9.00 hrs. Take a horse carriage ride to: Shwe Gukyi temple for panoramic morning beauty of old Bagan area. Here you will have the chance to study the ruin palace site of Bagan. Visit to the highest temple of Bagan “Thatbyinnyu”, Dhammayangyi, a massive temple with the finest brickwork, Sulamuni temple where you can see fine frescos from 18th century Kone Baung era and it also has a beautiful back round history so make sure you get that. Afternoon visiting begins with Minnan- Thu village to see the typical Myanmar style of village life. Then proceed to Lay Myathna and Phaya Thonezu Temple and have a stroll among the ruin temple. Overview of Bagan temple from nearby temple called Tayoke Pyay.
Day 7 Bagan
Visit the Nyaung Oo colourful Market, Shwezigon Pagoda a prototype of later Myanmar stupa. Then onto Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple, boasting fine mural paintings of Jataka scenes. In the afternoon visit a lacquer ware industry and see how to produce a quality lacquer ware. In Myanmar, the origins of the lacquer seems to come from Bagan about 12th - 13th century. Continue your tour by visiting Manuha Temple with gigantic Buddha images, a captive king's impression of life in prison; Nanpaya, an Early-style temple with the finest stone carvings, Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece resembling a Greek Cross and Shwesandaw Pagoda for the beautiful sunset.
Day 8 Bagan
Today, we will take hot air balloons ride for sunrise about 45 minutes. Balloon Office will pick you up at 06:30 AM at your staying hotel. Hot Air Ballooning offers overlook of Bagan scenery, which is spectacular from the ground. In the afternoon have the option of visiting local art galleries and meeting with local artists in Bagan
Day 9 Bagan - Ngapali
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Ngapali Beach. On arrival at Thandwe airport, the hotel bus will welcome you at the airport. Then free at leisure.
Day 10 - 12 Ngapali
Free time to enjoy this pristine beach
Day 13 Ngapali - Yangon
Morning flight to Yangon, shop in Bogyoke market formerly "Scott market", where you can get a wide range of Myanmar handicraft, jewellery and fabrics for that perfect souvenir. Have a chance to visit some art galleries before transferring to your hotel.
Day 14 Yangon - Depart
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight
